How We Used a Single Brochure to Create Years of Instagram Content for Redbridge Squamish
To elevate Kingswood Properties' upcoming masterplanned community—Redbridge Squamish—PUBLiSH Partners orchestrated a strategic, multi-layered Instagram plan to bring the brand and community to life on social media.
Our social media team worked closely with our art director to thoughtfully weave the Redbridge branding into Instagram posts, stories, and highlight covers, harmonizing the social experience with the brand assets seen on the website, project brochure and presentation centre. This ensured a seamless transition for potential buyers, as they navigated from digital brand touchpoints to their real-world counterparts.
Our goal was to create a clean, branded Instagram profile with highlights that captured everything Redbridge has to offer, from functional and modern homes nestled below The Chief, to 20,000 square feet of world-class amenities—dubbed Base Camp—to the active lifestyle available in Squamish. At the same time, we wanted to ensure we didn’t use up all the assets too quickly, so we could stretch it out tactfully over the coming years as different phases of the development become available. This required thoughtful design, planning, and strategy.
In addition, we looked for creative ways to engage the local community, from running giveaway contests with outdoor lifestyle prizes like Sea to Sky Gondola passes and state-of-the-art snowshoes, to creating a curated Spotify playlist.
The Results: During active sales periods, we deployed strategic boosting that led to 250,000+ monthly impressions. After the initial section of Redbridge sold out, we transitioned into a light maintenance phase in order to keep followers engaged until the next section of the development is on the market.
